River Allied Health is proud to introduce our team of friendly, experienced Allied Health Assistants (AHAs) and support staff.

We understand that efficient, person-centred care is more important than ever. That’s why we’re committed to delivering high-quality support by making the most of every resource—including the valuable skills of our AHAs.

Our team is dedicated to providing outstanding client service and practitioner support. AHAs play a vital role in implementing and reinforcing treatment plans, especially for ongoing therapy and monitoring.

Our Allied Health Assistants are trained to:

  • Assist clients with prescribed exercises—both on land and in the pool

  • Supervise therapy groups and deliver one-on-one sessions

  • Set up and manage therapy and exercise equipment

  • Conduct standardised outcome testing

  • Track client progress in collaboration with treating practitioners

This approach ensures therapy is delivered consistently, safely, and effectively—while allowing our clinicians to focus on what they do best.

From booking an appointment through to consultation, treatment, and post-care, we’re proud to offer comprehensive therapeutic support—no referral required. Our goal is to make quality care accessible for everyone.

Call Us to book an appointment or find out more.

We Acknowledge the First Peoples of the River Murray and Mallee region, traditional custodians of the land on which we work and live. We recognise their continuing connection to land, water and community. We pay respect to elders, past, present and emerging.
