Under the guidance and direction of practitioners, Allied Health Assistants are highly effective and hands-on support to in delivery of therapeutic care to patients.

Hydrotherapy uses the natural support and resistance of water to help individuals of all ages improve movement, build strength, relieve pain, and enhance overall wellness. Working in a warm pool, patients benefit from the buoyancy of water, which reduces stress on joints and minimises discomfort while still allowing for an effective workout.
