Getting started with Exercise Physiology (EP) at River Allied Health is easier than you think — while referrals are welcome (and required for some funding types), private clients can contact us directly to begin their journey.


Our exprienced team of Exercise Physiologists, Damien and Jade, proudly provides local Riverland Exercise Physiology services to help you build strength, improve mobility, boost confidence, and support your long-term health.


Our EP team provide a range of services, including:

✔️ Initial assessments & goal setting

✔️ Individualised exercise programs

✔️ Gym-based rehab & hydrotherapy

✔️ Small group rehab sessions (max 6 people)

✔️ Chronic disease & Type 2 diabetes management

✔️ Strength, balance & falls prevention.


We support a wide range of conditions, including:

▪️ Chronic disease (diabetes, cardiovascular, COPD)

▪️ Musculoskeletal conditions (arthritis, osteoporosis, back pain)

▪️ Neurological conditions (stroke, Parkinson’s, MS)

▪️ Disability & developmental conditions

▪️ General strength, balance & mobility needs.

To assist you on your journey, our EP programs offer small group rehab classes that provide structured, supervised exercise in a safe and supportive environment — with personalised programs tailored to you and your individual needs.
